The purpose of the study is to learn more about gene changes that may cause Parkinson's Disease (PD) in Black and African American people.

Are Black or African American
Are age 18 or older
Have been diagnosed with Parkinson's OR
Do not have PD and do not have a parent, sibling, or child with PD
