Phenotypic Analyses of Biomarkers in Adults with Down Syndrome and Risk of Neurodegenerative Disease (Umbrella DS biomarker study)
Study Details
The purpose of this study is to look at various biomarkers (blood, stool, and questionnaires to see how your body works) to discover what risk and protective factors are present in individuals with down syndrome (DS) compared to individuals without DS.

Eligibility
1. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, with Down syndrome
2. Participants must have a caregiver that is willing to participate
